hln this medical malpractice proceeding, plaintiffs appeal the trial court judgment dismissing their suit for failure to comply with a prior trial court judgment ordering plaintiffs to post a bond pursuant to La. R.S. 40:1299.47. Plaintiffs also seek review of the trial court’s denial of their motion for new trial on the same issue. The question presented in this appeal is whether a plaintiff granted pauper status pursuant to La.
