The record shows that on April 26, 1927, E. B. Holt, a minor, by Osie Holt, his mother and next friend, as plaintiff, commenced an action against the Oklahoma Railway Company and Geo. A. Hensihaw and O. T. Lackey, receivers of the Oklahoma Railway Company, defendants, to recover damages in the sttm of $1,000 for personal injuries 'which it is- alleged that E. B.
