In this case the board of county commissioners of Okmulgee county filed in the trial court a verified petition to set aside and vacate a judgment theretofore rendered against the county in certain consolidated cases brought by plaintiffs against the county for the recovery of money paid for certain tax sale certificates alleged to be void.
