Appellant Travis Justin Whitehawk appeals, pro se, the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County on January 6, 2016, dismissing as untimely his first petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (“PCRA”). 1 We affirm.
On May 17, 2011, Appellant entered a negotiated plea of guilty to a first-degree felony of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a child 2 and pursuant to the plea negotiations was sentenced to a term of eight (8) years to twenty (20) years in prison.
