OPINION & ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge:
On June 9, 1987, plaintiffs International Shipping Company, S.A. ("International”) and Lygren Maritime Services, S.A. (“Ly- gren”) commenced the instant action by filing a complaint alleging that defendant Hydra Offshore, Inc. (“Hydra”) breached a contract for the sale of the vessel BRAZILIAN FRIENDSHIP (“the FRIENDSHIP”) to plaintiff International. Lygren was the broker that arranged the sale.
