The brief of the appellant plaintiff raises these assignments of error as a ground for securing a new trial:(1) The exclusion of a portion of the deposition of Dr. Young of the Mayo Clinic of certain testimony relating to the percentage of disability of the plaintiff.(2) The exclusion of any testimony by Dr. Sanfelippo relating to subjective symptoms communicated to him by the plaintiff.(3) The exclusion of evidence of the expenses incurred by the plaintiff at the Mayo Clinic.
