MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

HAMILTON, District Judge.

This case raises an important issue about the relationship between an employer’s duty of reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and its duty to comply with seniority systems established by collective bargaining. Plaintiff Terry Eckles claims in this case that he is disabled by epilepsy.
