NEAHER, District Judge.
Plaintiff (“Vantage”), a Texas corporation, commenced this diversity action on September 9, 1977, as against defendant Milton Bradley Company, 1 a Massachusetts manufacturer of board games, including a three-dimensional oil exploration game called “King Oil,” the focus of this suit.
