WANDA McKEE FOWLER, Justice.

Appellant Adrian Dewayne Green was convicted by a jury of murder and his punishment assessed at fifty years’ con*74finement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, and a $10,000 fine. On appeal, appellant complains of errors in the court’s charge and its instructions to the jury. Because we find reversible error in the jury charge, we reverse and remand for a new trial.
