Plaintiff James R. Haynes (“Haynes” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action pro se 1 against Defendant Navy Federal Credit Union (“NFCU” or “Defendant”), asserting a variety of claims arising out of a home mortgage loan extended to him by NFCU. Presently before the Court is Defendant’s [85] Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment.
