Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Nolan, Jr., J), entered November 8, 2006 in Saratoga County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff fell and broke her arm while ice skating at defendants’ rink.
