Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Harkavy, J.), rendered June 16, 1993, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and reckless endangerment in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
