GANNON, Justice.
Appeal by defendants in a condemnation suit. The parties will be referred to as in the trial court.
The case was tried solely on the issue of damages. There was a stipulation between the parties that the proceedings, including the condemnor’s right to take and use an easement over defendants’ land, were in all things regular and in accordance with law, and that value should be fixed as of June 17, 1954.
