CODY, Justice.
The two cases here involved are proceedings . in eminent domain brought by the Housing Authority of the City of Galveston for the condemnation of two parcels of land together with the improvements thereon situated, owned by Edward Henderson and wife, appellees. The only issue in each case, remaining after stipulations made by the parties, was the amount of damages which the owners were entitled to receive for their property.
