This case comes before us upon a petition for a writ of mandamus. The petitioners are the president and secretary of the Independent Chocolate Workers of Hershey. They aver that the *187Hershey Chocolate Corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, having its principal office in Hershey, Dauphin County, Pa., entered into a collective bargaining agreement with the Independent Chocolate Workers of Hershey.
