MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROY, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is the plaintiff’s motion to disqualify all of the attorneys for all of the defendants herein. From the briefs and affidavits which have been submitted, it appears that the facts are as follows:
On May 23, 1966, the plaintiff, Edna Heathcoat, executed her Last Will and Testament. This will was prepared for her by Edward L. Wright, then senior partner of the Little Rock law firm of Wright, Lindsey and Jennings. Mr. Wright died on Febuary 1, 1977.
