Presently before the court is the motion of Coudert Brothers (“Coudert”) and Carpenter, Bennett & Morrissey (“CBM”), brought on behalf of all plaintiffs and on behalf of third-party defendants Carmelo Iacono (“Iacono”) and Guy Allouchery, seeking an order disqualifying the firm of Hannoch Weisman (“Hannoch”) from representing the defendants/third-party plaintiffs in this matter.
