This was a bill of interpleader filed by Wood Bros, on June 16, 1898, against the appellant, the appellee, and A. tl. Wootters and T. F. Smith, in the superior court of Cook county, asking the direction of the court in the disposition of $2397.47 in their hands, the net proceeds of a sale of one hundred and fifty-five head of cattle which had been shipped to them from Gibson Station, Indian Territory.
