In her Amended Complaint dated March 10, 2009, the Plaintiff claims that on or about January 25, 2007 she was a member of the Employee Fitness Center located at the Mohegan Sun and that while using a treadmill, it began to speed up, causing her to skid off the treadmill and suffer injuries.
