Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate) filed a declaratory action seeking a judgment declaring that the company was relieved from providing insurance coverage for Matthew Leifheit, David Leifheit, and Karen Leifheit (the Leifheits) in a lawsuit filed against them by Carol Greer and Michael Mielezarek (the decedent’s parents). Allstate later filed a motion for summary judgment, which was granted. The decedent’s parents filed the instant appeal from the order granting summary judgment. We affirm.
