KRAVITZ, Associate Judge:

A judge of the Superior Court found appellant Ben Saidi guilty of assault following a non-jury trial. Mr. Saidi appeals, contending that the evidence was insufficient as a matter of law to support his conviction and that the trial judge failed to make adequate “special findings” in accordance with his timely request under Rule 23(c) of the Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure.
