This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Complaint for declaratory relief. Mount Calvary Baptist Church [“Mt. Calvary”] filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on September 18,1989. In November, 1989, Church Mutual Insurance Company [“Church Mutual”] filed this complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
