The plaintiff, Theodore Grevas, filed a complaint in the circuit court of Rock Island County against the defendant, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. Plaintiff and defendant had entered into an insurance contract insuring plaintiff’s building, which was used for commercial renting. The insurance contract contained a business interruption clause.
