SIMONS, District Judge.

This is a petition to review an order of one of the referees in bankruptcy denying a reclamation petition filed by the Duplex Truck Company, a Michigan corporation, in this bankruptcy cause, to recover from the trustee in bankruptcy possession of certain motortrucks delivered by the petitioner, as vend- or, to the bankrupt, as vendee, prior to the filing of the bankruptcy petition herein, pursuant to a series of written contracts hereinafter mentioned.
