On March 3, 1928, the Berghoff Printing Company, a Michigan corporation, entered into a written contract with the Harris-Seybóld-Pottek Company, appellant, for the purchase and-installatioh of two printing1 presses. The purchase price was $16,346. Of this amount $346 was' to be paid upon the installation of the presses and the remainder in forty monthly., installments of varying amounts beginning six months after the.installation.
