(March 26, 2012)

2Per curiam

This matter comes before the Court on a November 10, 2011 petition filed by the St. Croix Subcommittee of the Ethics and Grievance Committee of the Virgin Islands Bar Association, which *495alleges that Michael A. Joseph, Esq., has violated several provisions of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct, and recommends that this Court impose several forms of discipline, including suspending Attorney Joseph from the practice of law for a period of six months. For the reasons which follow, we grant the petition, as modified.
