This matter is before the Court pursuant to a February 21, 2013 petition filed by the Ethics & Grievance Committee of the Virgin Islands Bar Association (“EGC”), which requests that this Court approve its recommendation to, among other things, suspend Elmo A. Adams, Jr., from the practice of law in the Virgin Islands until and unless he pays, in full, the judgment entered against him in Allen v. Adams, Super. Ct. Civ. No. 411/2005 (STT).
