The plaintiff-appellant, Jerry Weiper, appeals from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of his employer, W.A. Hill & Associates (‘W.A. Hill”), on his claims for breach of contract and age discrimination. In the first of his two assignments of error, Weiper contends that the trial court erred by failing to recognize triable issues of fact precluding summary judgment.
