Miller, J.:

Antonio H. Palacio appeals from a conviction of voluntary manslaughter in violation of K. S. A. 21-3403, and from the sentence of imprisonment for not less than five nor more than twenty years which was imposed upon him pursuant to K. S. A. 21-4501 (c).

The defendant raises but one issue on appeal. He contends that the trial court should have instructed the jury on involuntary intoxication, pursuant to K. S. A. 21-3208 (1).
