Plaintiffs appealed from a final decree of the district court denying them an injunction against the defendants to prevent a change of a schoolhouse site in a rfural district.

The plaintiffs were electors qualified to vote in rural school district number 55 in Butler county. The defendants were members of the school board of the district. The controversy arose out of the proceedings at the annual meeting of the school district June 13, 1927, on a vote to change the school site to another location in the district.
