— This action is to recover the sum of $240, paid by Perry Thosath, a minor, as a first pay ment on the purchase price of a second hand automobile, purchased by him from appellant under a conditional bill of sale. He asked judgment, also, for repairs alleged to have been placed upon the automobile while in his possession, amounting to $117.75. On a trial to a jury, a verdict was returned for $269. The trial judge reduced the recovery to $240, and rendered judgment therefor. Motions for judgment n. o. v., and in the alternative for a new trial, were overruled.
