The question presented by this appeal is as to which of two courts of concurrent jurisdiction had authority to appoint a receiver. The facts in the case as presented by the pleading in this case are as follows: On September 28, 1914, appellees Callón and Callón filed a complaint in the circuit court of Marion County for money due them for the construction of certain buildings for the Independent Envelope Company, and to foreclose a mechanic’s lien upon certain described real estate of the company.
