delivered the opinion of the court.

We have examined this record and are of the opinion that the finding of the learned chancellor upon the facts is sustained by the evidence. It is not necessary to set out the bill, answer and affidavits in detail. The evidence is sharply conflicting, but when carefully scrutinized it is apparent that it sustains the finding that appellants in violation of the contract discharged appellee May 25, 1904.

This conclusion is sufficient to justify the affirmance of the decree appealed from; but we feel that in deference to counsel we ought…
