MESCHKE, Justice.

Grant H. Hendrick appeals from an order denying his motion to reconsider a prior order disallowing withdrawal of his 1966 guilty plea and denying his application for post-conviction relief from that 1966 conviction. We affirm.

In August 1966, Hendrick, then age 20, was charged with first degree burglary of Boyd’s Standard Service Station in Jamestown. While held in the Stutsman County Jail, Hendrick “behaved in a disturbed, agitated manner, smashed his eyeglasses and attempted to cut his wrists.” Hendrick was taken to the North Dakota State Hospital for psychiatric and…
