This employment discrimination action is before the Court on Defendant Anne Arundel County Board of Education’s1 (the “Board”) Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 29). Plaintiff Christine Davenport, a former employee of the Board, alleges the Board repeatedly failed to promote her in favor of substantially younger and less-qualified applicants in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq.
