PRICE, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a district court of El Paso County, Forty-First Judicial District, in a workman’s compensation case tried without a jury.
David Chitwood, an employee of Empire Products Company, a corporation, filed before the Industrial Accident Board a claim for accidental injury against the Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, the insurance carrier of Chitwood’s employer.
