This is a workmen’s compensation case, filed by the appellee, H. L. Potter, against the appellant, Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, to • recover compensation for personal injuries received by appellee while employed by W. J. and John J. Moran and Moran Brothers, Inc., for whom appellant carried the workmen’s compensation insurance. The employers were engaged in drilling oil and gas wells in Plutehinson County.
