This is an action to collect employer withdrawal liability under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1371 (ERISA), and, more specifically, under the Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980 (MPPAA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1461. Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 65).
