OPINION

SILER, Circuit Judge.

This case involves labor regulations interpreting the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”). Linda Rollins, the plaintiff, worked for the Wilson County School System for over eight months and Wilson County Government’s Finance Department for roughly four months. Rollins then became ill and lost her job. She sued the county government, the defendant, for relief under the FMLA.
