OPINION

EUBANK, Judge.

This special action in the nature of certiorari involves a review of the propriety of the respondent trial court’s order denying a motion to dismiss a complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction over the petitioner in a pending civil action. ■

The pending action in the trial court is a wrongful death action brought by real party in interest here, Fay I. Morton, against numerous defendants, including petitioner here, Lycoming Division of Avco Corporation. Mrs. Morton is a resident of Arizona and the Arizona personal representative of th'e deceased.
