This is an appeal by the plaintiffs West-brook Pegler and his wife Maud from an amended order and judgment of the superior court of Pima County dismissing their complaint against two of the defendants—Ed Sullivan and Random House, Inc., a New York corporation—on the ground of insufficiency of the service of process. The defendant Random House, Inc.
