Plaintiff Bernard Nono (“plaintiff’ or “Nono”) brings this action against The George Washington University (“GWU” or “defendant”). Nono is a former GWU Police Department (‘GWUPD”) security officer who was suspended and terminated after he was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol (DWI).
