SAIF 1 seeks review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Board affirming an award of permanent partial disability for “cold intolerance” resulting from claimant’s bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome. SAIF contends that claimant’s impairment from intolerance to cold was not established by medical evidence supported by objective findings and that the board’s finding that claimant’s intolerance becomes disabling at 50 degrees Fahrenheit is not supported by substantial evidence or substantial reason.
