The question in this workers’ compensation case is whether the medical evidence supports claimant’s award of permanent partial disability benefits based on a finding of chronic condition impairment. OAR 436-035-0019. SAIF seeks review of the Workers’ Compensation Board’s (board) order affirming an administrative law judge’s (ALJ) award to claimant of 10 percent unscheduled permanent partial disability for chronic condition impairment of the cervical and lumbar spine.
