MDG Management Corporation (MDG) appeals from the judgment of the associate division of the circuit court denying its motion to set aside the default judgment entered in favor of Parkside Wireworks, L.L.C. (Parkside) and against MDG. On appeal, MDG contends the associate circuit judge erred in denying its motion to set aside the default judgment finding Rule 74.05 is not applicable in the associate division of the circuit court.
