Renwick Ware ("Defendant") appeals the judgment of the Associate Circuit Division of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County granting Universal Credit Acceptance, Inc., Assignee of Instacredit Automart's ("Plaintiff") motion to reconsider and finding Plaintiff's voluntary dismissal dismissed Defendant's previously filed counterclaims.
