OPINION

DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Michael and Linda Smith appeal from the jury's verdict for Dewayne L. Hull, M.D. in their suit against Dr. Hull for medical malpractice.

We affirm.

ISSUE

Whether the trial court erred in instruct, ing the jury on the issue of contributory negligence.

FACTS

The evidence most favorable to the verdict reveals Dr. Hull, a plastic surgeon, formed a business entity known as Hair Research Associates in Fort Wayne for the purpose of injecting prosthetic human hair into the sealps of patients suffering from male pattern baldness.
