(charging jury.) In tlie year 1880; and for some years prior thereto, the plaintiffs were partners engaged in the mercantile business at Texarkana, in the state of Texas. The defendants are partners engaged in conducting a mercantile agency, having their offices or agencies in many of the principal commercial cities of the United States and Canada.
