Petition to Establish the Truth op Exceptions.

Spalding, J.

This is a petition to establish the truth of exceptions alleged to have been taken by the defendant in the case of Shore v. Retailers Commercial Agency, Inc. G. L. c. 231, § 117. The petition was referred to a commissioner who reported that the exceptions set forth in the bill were “conformable to the truth.” This conclusion is not challenged.
