Neal A. Tyler was granted a divorce from Joye Tyler on the grounds of desertion, the decree providing that plaintiff pay the defendant some $4,000 and voiding a certain stock certificate held by defendant. From the decree defendant has appealed, asserting that there was no evidence to prove desertion, that the disposition of the property was not just or equitable, and that the court erred in declaring the stock certificate to be void.
